The SwapBag idea

Pack clothes you no longer wear in a prepaid shipping bag, answer a quick size and style quiz, and receive a mystery bag matched with the same number of items and a similar value tier. We want opening secondhand clothes to feel like opening a gift.

What we’re building toward

Our founding priorities are thoughtful matches, clear swap costs, and honest feedback. The planned standard fee is $12–15 per swap for shipping and handling, with final pricing confirmed before purchase. A planned $5 feedback credit will help members shape a better experience.

Friend swaps, shareable style matches, and seasonal themed bags are on our roadmap. We’re starting small so we can learn before expanding.
